WORD GAMES

This creative writing workshop encompasses writing, reading and discussion of participants’ texts and those of other authors. In a relaxed atmosphere, a variety of genres are explored, including prose, poetry, dialogue and mini drama, using techniques and forms such as cut-ups, collage and haiku.

HÄNSEL AND GRETEL

Hänsel and Gretel are the children of a poor woodcutter. Abandoned in a forest, they find a house made of ginger bread and candies, with sugar windows, inhabited by an evil witch… children’s theatre company Märchenbühne Der Apfelbaum  presents this charming fairytale by the brothers Grimm.

OUR CHRISTMAS

Santa Claus is missing. Where is he? Will he be back in time for Christmas? So many questions! Danny and Gerry, the singing and dancing English teachers from Canada and Ireland, present their energetic show, covering all the best parts of the Anglosaxon Christmas traditions.  Learning through play, children of all ages can improve their language skills and join in the search for Santa. Knowledge of English is not required, as all can take part in laughing, singing and dancing. Suitable for age 4 and above.
