This 18-day celebration of African art and culture on the Donauinsel comes to a close on Sunday. Some of the event’s main attractions are the several daily open-air concerts of traditional and contemporary African music, with many native African and other international artists performing. There is also a

bazaar with arts and crafts from Africa, drumming and dance workshops, and special programs for children including storytelling, crafts, and games. Numerous stands serve African cuisine, cocktails, and drinks.

On Saturday, enjoy Seychelles native Bergitta Victor at 18:00, and Fools Garden of "Lemon Tree" fame at 20:30.

On Sunday, local legend Mamadou Diabate and his Percussion Mania featuring Juan Garcia-Herreros kick off the festival closer at 18:00, and the multi-cultural JAMARAM wrap up the festivities at 20:30.
