In the next few weeks, up-and-coming and established designers alike sell their original creations alongside Glühwein and Lebkuchen at
The acclaimed Wiener Moderne-style Looshaus on Michaelerplatz hosts a design market on weekends beginning 7 Dec, with wares ranging from jewellery and hats to bags and ceramics.
"Lights 2012", is held in the WUK from 7-9 Dec. It provides a platform for less-established labels to sell their designs. Live music and DJs provide atmosphere, and sofas and candlelight offer a "chill" mood if you’re all shopped out.
"Art meets design" in the Hilger BROTKunsthalle at the "Oh Edelstoff!" design market on 15 and 16 December. This market offers jewellery, fashion and art, showcased by around 40 young designers.
