Wine Insider: Champagne Dinner at Wein & Co.

At the beginning of December Wein & Co. Invites guests to a 4-course dinner with Roederer Champagne. "The drink of the gods" is one of the best French labels, and can be enjoyed with haute cuisine as well as drunk on its own.

Each wine is served with corresponding cuisine, like marinated scottish salmon filet, a turbot fillet with curried lentils and ginger gnocchi, Guineafowl breast on glazed chestnut sprouts with quince, and desserts from Christian Petz’s Xocolat-Manufaktur

Stephen Leroux from the Roederer winery will serve and comment on the Rosé, Brut and the legendary Cristal (tastings will include the years 2005 and 2002).

This is the prefect way to warm up for the onslaught of bubbly at any and every Silvester Party to ring in the New Year.
