Ernst Molden & Der Nino aus Wien

Ernst Molden and Der Nino aus Wien, the two outstanding Viennese singer-songwriters of recent years, have been performing live as a duo on and off since 2011, and in 2015 they released their first joint album "Unser Österreich". Inside is what it says: twelve atmospheric cover versions of old songs by Georg Danzer, Wolfgang Ambros, Sigi Maron, Falco, Ludwig Hirsch, André Heller and Heller/Qualtinger, reduced to two voices and two guitars. The project was not only an artistic but also a commercial success, the album made it to number three in the charts. Live, Molden and Nino complement their atmospheric Austropop settings with selected songs from their own pen as well as material from the current second duo album "Zirkus" with songs from the film "Ein Clown. Ein Leben" about the founder of the Circus Roncalli, Bernhard Paul.
