Prim

The Viennese trio consisting of Felix Biller (p, keys), Martin Melzer (b) and Christoph Karas (dr) has been in existence since 2015, with "Garnet Tales" a new album has just been released. According to Klaus Nüchtern, Prim move aesthetically in the wake of the groove-oriented and pop-affine Esbjörn Svensson Trio; "melodiousness and funkiness are by no means mutually exclusive".
