Philipp Timischl

In his show "Conaisseur du conflit", the artist presents new video sculptures that are bursting with pop and media culture references. Formally, the pairing of printed/painted canvases with LED screens is convincing. The work "Yung Eilish / Billie Lean" pays homage to Billie Eilish and the rapper Yung Lean and works skilfully with cross-fades.
