Der Raum

The short text by Ernst Jandl is an ode to the stage space, a description of the sequence of lighting moods and sound interludes, the perfect way to present a freshly renovated theatre before the voices and bodies of actors and actresses fill the stage. As one of several items on the program (Corona straddles it), the light show feels a bit like a staged product presentation. Put in context, however, it still impresses.
