Long ago, in Kumandra, humans and dragons lived together in complete harmony. But when sinister monsters called the Druun threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, the dark creatures have returned and the fate of Kumandra rests in the hands of a single warrior: Raya! But to stop the Druun for good, she must track down Sisu, the last remaining dragon. "Disney's animated film has a lot of explaining to do from the start. Raya acts as narrator before becoming the protagonist of an adventurous station drama. The fairy tale, which ten screenwriters have devised and four directors have realised, seems as if it had been constructed on the drawing board.
