19-year-old Björn is a Polish immigrant who works in a fish factory in Norway. When he meets his colleague Julia, he gradually begins to fall in love with her. A strike breaks out among the Polish workers at work, which puts Björn's relationship with Julia, but also with a colleague, to the test. In his directorial debut, Leiv Igor Devold tells a stirring gay love story set against the fantastic backdrop of the Norwegian fjord landscape.
