Restaurant and grocery store with a focus on fermentation (e.g. eggplants with black garlic, shortribs braised in miso, koji charcuterie, salted lemon tempura and brown trout marinated in Sriracha), organic products. The basis is formed by ferments from their own production, which can also be purchased in the Greißlerei. They also produce their own non-alcoholic drinks (kombucha, ginger beer, kefir water). At lunchtime there are two different dishes every day, one vegan/vegetarian (€ 12.80) and one with fish or meat (€ 14.80). Fermentation courses, in cooperation with Claudia Ringl also meat carving courses; recipes on the website. Chess evening once a month. Pub garden, dogs welcome.
