Maxing Stüberl

Oldest inn in Hietzing (founded in 1805), favorite haunt of Johann Strauss, Schiele and Klimt, still a meeting place for artists. Viennese home cooking, venison weeks, goose and storm in October and November. Specialties: Fried chicken, beef roulades, veal cream goulash, seasonal specialties such as stuffed peppers, also some vegetarian dishes. In summer every Sat food from the charcoal grill. 4 parlors for various celebrations (14, 20, 20 and 64 pers.). Guest garden for 50 people.
