Vinegar in many fruit varieties and degrees of acidity (e.g. calamansi, wild mango or date balsamic vinegar), over 25 types of oil (e.g. bright red chili oil, fine nut oil including walnut, hazelnut and almond), around 30 different liqueurs, whiskies, rums, a 50-year-old cognac, grappas, gins and brandies. Ongoing whisky, gin and rum tastings. No dogs.
