Modern Italian cuisine, reduced to the essentials, e.g. carne cruda of Fassone beef with chanterelles and salsa tonnata or parmigiana di melanzane in pecorino cream. No menu, there are weekly changing 3gg to 6gg menus (€ 45,- to € 90,-, vegetarian/vegan on request). Outdoor dining area for 16 people. Cooking courses for groups of up to 10 people.
