General importer of the wineries Castello di Gabbiano (Tuscany) and Manaresi (Emilia Romagna), Pulvaro: full range of wines at farm-gate prices over the counter and for a small stubble fee in the restaurant; wines by the glass vary; espresso. Various Italian foods are also available: pecorino, prosciutto, salami, olives, capers as well as the castle's own olive oil and 8-year-old Gabbiano balsamic vinegar (various antipasti plates from € 8.60). Pub garden for 30 pers.
