2-Haubenkoch Daniel Edelsbrunner focuses on classic, traditional cuisine at a very high level: e.g. Styrian Caprese. Great emphasis is placed on making almost everything himself (e.g. homemade bread) using regional and seasonal products. Surprise menus; children's meals, chairs; wine cellar with selected rarities with a focus on Austria, biodynamic wines. Dining room for events (up to 70 pers.), guest garden for approx. 120 pers.
